Arrival Times
The rally Field will be open to all entrants from 3pm on Thursday 14th September 2006. The Reception Caravan is located on the edge of the ring and will be open from 9am till 5pm on Saturday 16th and will open at 8am on Sunday 17th September 2006. Please make sure you register, you will then receive your attendance award and programme. Please note that all dogs must be on a lead at all times .
Camping
There is free camping to all entrants on rally field, but if you arrive in the hours of darkness, you will be asked to park on the road adjacent to rally field. Please state on the form if you require camping on the field as we will be sending out passes. If camping can you please help us by having your vehicle on the compound before 9.30am on the Sunday. Please display passes and numbers on your vehicle at all times. There will be rolls, milk and papers for sale in the marquee on the Saturday and Sunday morning.
Alternatively:- You can book yourself into the Victoria Caravan Park, Selkirk, at the side of the beautiful RiverEttrick, just a few minutes drive from the rally field. The site boasts star rated facilities which include toilets, showers, swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, cafeteria and electric hook- up. Payable locally. Scenic Run
The run will leave from the ring on the rally field at 11.30am on Saturday 16th. Please register at Reception Caravan which is located at the edge of the ring, where you can collect the route sheet for the run. Be ready to see some beautiful scenery, please state on the form if you intend doing the run
Free Social Night
In the Marquee on the rally field there will be live music from 7.30pm to 11pm on Saturday night..Please do not take your own drink into the marquee as there will be a bar. Please state on your form if you will be attending.
The Show Sunday
Please arrive no later than 10am. Find your compound then go and book in at Reception Caravan, which is located on the edge of the ring. Judging will start at 10.30am for all classes, with awards given to each class. vehicles on Club Stands are judged as a Club and not individually. There will be a parade of Classes in the ring; times will be in the programme. Can you please help us to have a good show and stay on the rally field to at least 4.30pm Thank-you
Vehicle Documentation
Participants must be in receipt of all legal documentation relevant to their entries.
No Trade Plates Allowed.
Warning:-
Driving on rally field is for Licence Holders only, no under age driving of any vehicle, No person shall be carried anywhere within the rally area on any vehicle which is not constructed or adapted to carry passengers, e.g. Agricultural Tractors.

As usual there will be a huge amount of autojumble, crafts, charity and various other stalls.
